The Head of HR will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the performance management system, with considerations of incorporating rewards and bonus structures. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a passion for driving organizational performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Management:
Lead the design, implementation, and management of the Performance Management framework across the organization.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Train and coach managers and employees on the methodology, ensuring understanding and effective usage.
Performance Management:
Develop and manage a comprehensive performance management system that aligns with the company’s goals and values.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management processes, providing recommendations for improvement.
Conduct performance reviews, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyse, and report on performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Develop dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership to inform decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all performance management systems.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other departments line managers & HODs to ensure alignment of performance management initiatives with Company's overall strategies.
Facilitate regular communication and feedback loops between managers and employees.
Promote transparency and accountability through clear communication of performance expectations and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends in performance management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in performance management software and tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Familiarity with the below is advantageous:
- Certification in OKR or performance management is a plus
- Experience in change management and organizational development
