Accounts Payable

· To perform full spectrum of Account Payable function, daily operations and month-end-closing

· Preparation of payment vouchers, petty cash, agent commissions and staff claims

· Preparation of Purchase Requisition for respective suppliers

General Ledgers and Others

· Any other ad hoc assignments

· Preparation of accounting schedules

· Provide support to internal and external audits as needed

Requirements:

· Minimum LCCI (Intermediate/Higher), preferably Diploma and above in accounting

· At least 2 years of working experience in relevant field along with audit experience is highly preferred

· Candidate with full-set account experience is welcome to apply

· Preferably with knowledge of Sage 300 (Accpac)

· Familiar with MS Office

Job Purpose:

The AM Executive will be primarily responsible for managing transactions and relationships with Wallex’ customers (predominantly, Fintech, Startup and SME customers). The AM Executive will be assigned a portfolio of pre-existing customer relationships of Wallex and will be responsible for managing, engaging and growing the customer activity and so increasing the value and KPIs of the portfolio over time. The AM Executive will also be in charge of finding new business through referrals, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Required skills and attributes would include project and transaction management, strategic planning, engaging and interacting with customers with a growth mindset.

Job Description:

· Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients

Job Purpose/Background
