• Monitoring of credit portfolio and preparing periodic credit submissions by stipulated timelines
• Staying compliant to bank guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements
• Conforming to internal processes and compliance requirements
• Handling internal and external audits
• Can interpret and explain complex concepts, preparing credit-related communications and reports for relevant internal teams

skills and experience required

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking & Finance and Economics
• At least 6 years of credit risk experience in Structured Finance or Corporate Banking
• Strong knowledge in credit underwriting and financial analysis, interpreting financial statements and basic financial accounting knowledge
• Sound knowledge and experience in Project Finance transactions

Responsibility

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions.
• Responsible for the implementation of HR policies, practices and processes at country level.
• Assist in monthly payroll for all levels and monthly reporting.
• HR Audit and ISO 27001 Audit.
• Handling of IR21 and annual income tax submission.
• Conduct assessment and evaluation on a continuous basis regarding the performance of the staff.
• Work closely with management and submit performance or other reports to Head Office.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resource.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Well versed in End-to-End processing payroll, government mandatory benefits and Labor Law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on with a positive attitude.
• Meticulous and well-organized.
• Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Excel VBA Macro will be a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent fields
• Good working experience with any CCM platform, with preference for OpenText product.
• Min. 5 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS, Azure development)

You are an individual contributor and with "hands-on" and "walking the grounds" to understand the business and competitor activities and manage the sales/promoters on ground.

Role

• Conduct market research, understand current trends
• Manage assigned product life cycle & price strategies
• Monitor product sales performance, competitor activities, campaign ROI
• Track offline / online product presence to ensure product is well represented in all touchpoints
• Manage marketing projects and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare weekly & monthly reporting
• Support new product launches
• Support any ad-hoc activities assigned when required

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant experience in Trade or Product Marketing
• Good knowledge of excel, analysis of sales performance
• Both independent and a team player
• Experience with consumers electronics products
• Good interpersonal skills
• Hands-on and manage promoters on ground.
