ADVANCE-ID is jointly funded by the Wellcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focussed on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilise capacity and capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously develop its capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. It will function as an active network that involves patients in platform trials, allowing for rapid clinical research response in the event of an emerging infectious disease or pandemic threat.

Our team owns/creates/activates impactful marketing strategies, to promote adoption, engagement, and renewal rates, through owned touchpoints and in-product experiences. You will own and activate a series of marketing strategies/projects, to improve the digital post purchase experiences of customers, across varied products of Autodesk, and across all markets in APAC, Japan, and some global markets. You will partner with regional & global Customer success teams and other cross functional stakeholders, to ensure the marketing activities are aligned with the business goals.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Activation

• Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing projects that improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention, across APAC, Japan, and some global markets
• Partner with regional & global cross-functional stakeholders (customer success, operations, data, product, and engineering), to ensure seamless customer journey throughout the lifecycle

Ownership

• Manage digital post-purchase projects end to end, as a strategic lead and project manager, identifying opportunities and implementing improvements along the way
• Turn insights into go-to-market initiatives, through orchestrated digital experiences, email campaigns or experiments
• Examine existing experiences' effectiveness against core metrics, suggest A/B tests, to drive improved impact on engagement and renewal rates

Measurement & Reporting

• Define and track goals for lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify trends and inform future opportunities
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders and senior leaders across the globe

Minimum Qualifications

• Overall 10 years with minimum 5+ years in Marketing / Lifecycle marketing / Customer Experience Management or related experience, from B2B, SaaS background
• Experience implementing data-driven marketing strategies, based on customer behaviour and product usage insights, towards adoption and engagement
• Demonstrated experience working across marketing functions, collaboratively with APAC, Japan and global stakeholders from customer success, operations, data, product, and engineering teams
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms, Journey Orchestration, and customer data platforms
• Excellent at interpreting data, insights, and reports

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of engineers to drive improvements in availability, stability, and reliability in IT infrastructure that supports mission critical systems
• Monitor performance, capacity, availability, and usage metrics to ensure established SLAs are being met and guide the engineers to pro-actively resolve any issues. This will include mission critical systems.
• Ensure required configuration management, backup and recovery, security management, and disaster recovery plans are in place and being followed.
• Manage vendor activities required for operational maintenance support of the infrastructure, as well as ensure infrastructure software is maintained at appropriate revision levels.
• Develop and maintain "end-to-end " technical knowledge of all the mission critical systems and applications.
• Manage and develop engineering resources, optimizing resource utilization
• Manage infrastructure projects, such as migrations to cloud (AWS & Azure) and technology refreshes.
• Independent with minimal supervision and proficient in various Unix/Wintel platforms and middleware.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field with at least 5 years of management role
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Collaborative and strong team player
• Able to provide 24/7 support based on operations requirement eg, Operation incident.
• Fast thinking, able to remain calm and make quick decisions during operation emergencies
• Technically competent for the role and able to provide guidance to the team
• Any Project Management Certification eg. CITPM, PMP will be an advantage.
