1. Operation

• Overall in-charge for Production Planning from Order Receive to delivery
• Manage a team to achieve quantity and quality targets as well as to improve upon them via IIP (Implement and Improvement Project)
• Ensure Timely Delivery of Goods to Customers
• Dealing with Customer Request
• Daily Troubleshooting of problems encountered during assembly and production
• Liaising with Primary Production Sections and Vendors to ensure smooth and constant supplying of parts
• Conduct Training for Line Leaders and Production Operators
• Hands-on Trouble Shooting of Problems
• Able to write technical report
• Able to conduct assessment of people under your charge

2. Management Support

• Cost Management
• Machine Efficiency and Downtime Report Analysis and Countermeasure.
• Project Evaluation

Job Requirements

• Preferably 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience or Capability in Managing people.
• Knowledge in FMEA and 6 Sigma Methodology.
• Must be hardworking, self disciplined and physically fit
• Must be willing to be hands-on.

Summary of Job Scope:

Assist production HOD to ensure that BMR and NAV closure and updating is online and real time.

• Ensure on time closure of BMR

• Ensure that all NAV entry at each stages is on time

• Preparation and submission of daily production reports

Assist production HOD to control processes and manpower

• Ensure GMP is adhere in production

• Ensure all processes are in order and following BMR

• Ensure on- time filling and closure of any deviation or IPIR; and issue investigation

• Ensure all manpower are trained properly
