Mission of the role: Work with the Channel Sales Manager to implement channel sales strategy, run data analysis, as well as communicate with channel sales partners. This role also requires you to administer and process company policies & SOPs, and work with the compliance department to ensure adherence to the partnership agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales pipeline by generating new leads, secure meetings and cold calls to qualify and convert them into new channel sales partners for the company's affiliate program
• Hit sales revenue targets and profit margins through acquiring new channel sales partners through the affiliate program while growing sales from the existing affiliate partners
• Communicate regularly with sales partners to ensure the partners are actively promoting the company's products
• Develop and executive monthly sales plan
• Monitor and improve partner sales activity by performing weekly and daily data analysis
• Assist Channel Sales Manager to implement product launches and campaigns – partner sales contest, new product launches
• Compliance communication with the sales partners
• Deliver weekly sales reports to the Channel Sales Manager
• Provide product feedback from sales partners to the Channel Sales Manager & Product Development team
• Additional duties may be assigned as required

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or higher
• At least three (3) years of experience in sales where you managed sales and carried sales targets
• Proven track record in hitting and even exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of and comfortable following a defined sales process
• Demonstrated experience in generating new business leads through phone calls, online meetings, web inquires, webinars and social platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – including presenting and reporting. You will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with the channel sales partners from the USA

Job Description

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical horticultural tasks to support our mission, including the production of plants for stunning floral displays and breeder cultivar trials. Engineer - Senior Principal Engineer (Electricity Network Infrastructure)

What you will be working on

• Manage medium to long-term electricity network development plans to support the growth of key industry sectors such as semiconductor and data centers. Do you want to lead marketing and commercial plans for one of our billion-dollar brands? The Senior Brand Manager (Japan Market) identifies business opportunities and works with the multi-functional team to build cohesive commercial plans! You are expected to lead and collaborate with different subject matter experts to deliver end-to-end plans for Japan via qualifying communication ideas, adjusting portfolio pricing and identifying shopping barriers and opportunities.

Your Team

You and other Senior Brand Managers (each handling a brand/category) will report to the Brand Director for the Category or Business Unit. You will work extensively with colleagues from Consumer Market Knowledge, Sales, Communications, Finance etc.

What Success Looks Like

• Demonstrate positive relationship building skills in initial engagements with multi-functional teams
• Deliver Scorecard Business Targets, in line with the goals of the Business Unit
• Deliver Category growth, market penetration and gaining of New Users via Products Innovation Design, particularly in Japan
• Successful Design and Deployment of Marketing Toolkits for the Brand

Responsibilities of the Role

• Identify Japanese consumers’ needs and wants for P&G’s products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers
• Lead consumer researches to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses Japanese consumers’ unmet needs
• Communicate with Japanese local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives
• Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of Japanese consumers
• Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation and demos, etc.), and deploy/guide Japan delivery team for execution
• Coordinate with R&D, Consumer Research teams to qualify the product and package through various tests.
• Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade team
• Work with technical team to find the best solution of supply chain to manage the product cost within affordable level

Qualifications

• A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s is fine, preferably with some business focus)
• Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and courageous leadership skills
• At least 1 year of experience working in the FMCG industry
• Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
• An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
• Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
• You are business proficient in the Japanese language and possess strong market knowledge of Japan as the role requires local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and marketing strategies for Japan Market

The Opportunity

• Creating, updating and maintaining company models, company valuation, and industry databases
• Performing regular tasks promptly and providing regular reports to the analyst including analysis of periodically released industry statistics, sector news, etc.
• Handling ad hoc client requests, often to deadlines

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance with relevant experience in equity research or financial modelling.
• Excellent communication skills,
• Ability to handle multiple research assignments simultaneously, a passion for in-depth analysis and stock picking, generating creative research ideas and the ability to write clear and concise research notes.
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, as daily news flow and unplanned projects arise frequently.
• Profiency in Excel
• Financial modeling experience will be added advantage.
