• Learn and acquire skills from the training on Geomancy and Fengshui service.
• Attend and promote the company’s services to walk in customers.
  Work closely with the outlet Master for customers’ consultation and follow up.
• Provide excellent sales service, so to maintain long term good relationship with customers in-order to achieve sales goals and recurring business.
• To participate in company’s corporate events, live webinars, seminars, etc.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Sales driven, good customer service, positive attitude, and cheerful personality.
• Able to work retail hours and on Public Holidays.
• Must bilingual in spoken languages to maintain long term relationship with existing and new customers.

Job Description

• Execute programs including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, webinars and events, partner activities and marketing automation.
• Assist in brand development initiatives, customer enquiries and all marketing related activities.
• Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans with team (for both offline and online marketing events for customers).
• Coordinate and assist in all company events, roadshows and marketing campaigns.
• In-charge of stock take, packing of customers' orders and inventory management (for online platforms orders).
• Support Marketing Director and Marketing Team on administrative and general logistics arrangement.
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, social media campaigns and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree with at least 3 years relevant experiences.
• Proficient in current trending social media softwares / apps.
• Proficient in PowerPoint presentation.
• Able to start work in short notice will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Craft content and translate all text related to advertisement, promotions, products descriptions, and publications.
• Develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align with the overall Brand Strategy, Marketing Collaterals including flyers, brochures, posters, etc.
• Responsible for development, creation and maintenance of marketing / publicity collaterals and e-marketing communications on our website and social media platforms.
• Proof-read to ensure all communications and marketing collaterals to the public is accurate, clear and consistent.
• Work closely with key internal team for event management and execution for our annual company events.
• Project management of key project such as our annual 12 Chinese zodiac publications and all advertisements promotion write-ups in English and Mandarin.
• Support the development and maintenance of the corporate website to build brand presence.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills that able to communicate well with China and Taiwan counterparts.
• Basic Design, Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must.
• Possess good knowledge of social media platform and online analytics.
• Able to commence work immediately.
