• Prepare financial statements and schedules to meet timeline (monthly, quarterly and yearly) • Accurately execute payment transfers in bank portals and cheque payments

Job Description

• Customer Service – Front counter duties, such as attending to students, parents, walk-in customers, vendors, etc
• Call Management – Make and answer telephone calls, record messages, direct calls, and relay messages to relevant school personnel as necessary
• Record keeping – Assist in data entry and compilation
• Logistics – Assist with ad-hoc staff requests, such as preparation of school materials, facility booking, etc

• Working hours: Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
