Reporting to the Head of Partnership Distribution, you will be providing operational support to the Affinity Partnership team.

• Sales Report Management – Track daily sales results captured in the system and highlight any potential errors or discrepancies. Check sales results against sales report provided by partners to ensure accuracy.Provide weekly sales report by partners’ performance, campaigns and product lines. To provide any other reports as required.

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities :

• Marketing ownership of projects - driving end user demand generation from user acquisition and revenue growth to reporting efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs and spend
• Identify, document, and propose market and gamers requirements, and innovations through frequent engagements with global and regional stakeholders.
• Develop go-to-market plans with compelling and unique ideation to grow Razer Gold customer base and spend
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and product comparison to ensure products are relevant to the market and feature-sets are comparable to others
• Responsible for developing, implementing and managing global activities such as promotions and product launches
• Developing and implementing communication strategy with Razer global marketing and content teams for press social and community engagements
• Work with product and business development team to develop and manage product literature, presentation, and sales enablement materials for Business teams
• Prepare all necessary documents, legal requirements and brand approvals required for marketing activities
• Assist to oversee other areas of marketing such as social media management when required to ensure business continuity for Razer Gold
• Support the Global marketing team with EDM planning and execution

Pre-Requisites :

• Minimally 3-5 years of product marketing, marketing communications or GTM (go-to-market) marketing experience in the consumer payments, e-commerce or gaming industry
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Attention to detail, be open minded to challenge the status quo, and work with a rapidly changing environment whilst inspiring excellence from every stakeholder, including business partners.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end marketing program and campaigns management
• Experience with data tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising (Google Search Ads, Google Display Network)
• Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interact with business partners as well as management and peers
• Self-motivated and a passion for mobile and PC games
• Team player, and also able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Experience in the gaming industry is an added advantage.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Perform all administrative duties
• Manage the schedule of the Commercial General Manager
• Handles all documentation to be sent to clients
• Handles all incoming telephone enquiries effectively
• Assists with Opera inputs
• Facilitating month end reports (Forecasting, P&L & Accrual Reports)

About the role

• Handle BLSA (TSL)’s Defer Tax computation and Tax proof in May and Dec. 
• Prepare BLSA yearly Tax schedule to Tax Agent for filing of Corp tax Form C   
• Assist creation of new supplier code in Sun Systems.  
• Ad-hoc to raise DN for re-charge staff costs /Expenses

The successful candidate

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting 
• 1 year working experience, fresh graduate is welcome to apply
