· Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

· Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience

· Project future needs for goods and cleaning products; order accordingly

· Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards

· Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

· Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the management

· Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

· Attend quarterly P&L meetings

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administrative and accounts support
• Data entry, scanning and filing of documents/accounts
• Assist day to day operation of work in the company
• Perform proper filing of documents for record keeping
• Cash Book and Bank Reconciliation
• AP & AR inclusive of issuing of invoice and purchase order
• Inventory, journal entries, General Ledger

Requirements:

• Min Diploma
• Knowledge of Accounting software (MYOB) and MS Office skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, results oriented and able to work independently

• Drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies (traditional / online).
• Plan and execute social media marketing, including content and copy creation, post scheduling, inbox management and reporting.
