Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Annual or Bi-Annual screening (Drug Test, Audiometric, SATA, etc)
• Assist in ordering and issuance of uniforms/safety shoes/ PPE upon onboarding
• Submit e-invoices online and Issuance of Purchase Orders
• Coordinate with respective department on security clearance and access matters
• P-File update & Record – New Hires / Resignees
• Time Event –Closing dates, ETC manual time in/out recording and all other related
• To provide day-to-day support in broad-spectrum HR and Administrative functions
• To assist in the collation of employment documentation (e.g., contract, appraisals, letters)
• Providing guidance to staff on HR systems
• Work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation)
• Maintenance of Company’s property – e.g., office/ computer equipment, communications infrastructure, car park allocations etc.
• Manage and order stationery supplies
• Data Entry, Filing, and Document Organisation
• Assist in the organizing of various company activities, team building, employee care, etc.
• Attend to HR queries from employees and escalate (if necessary)
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Drive tenant engagement and acquisition initiatives to expand the user base
• Lead merchant acquisition efforts to onboard diverse businesses onto the CityNexus platform
• Manage partnership branding and campaigns to strengthen alliances and broaden the app’s reach
• Utilise data analytics to gain customer insights and enhance overall app performance
• Oversee the implementation of e-vouchers and loyalty programs, focusing on adoption and redemption rates
• Support end-to-end operations of E-Voucher & loyalty programme, Marketplace and other marketing activities, including digital and online platforms.

Pre-requisites

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Proven experience in product marketing
• Demonstrated success in implementing and managing loyalty programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Description

• Project management and handling of key accounts
• Scope includes liaising with clients, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Includes event planning, and handling of marketing collaterals (posters, banners, TV commercials etc.)

• Strong interpersonal skills – candidates should be able to work independently and with a team
• Time management skills – candidates must possess good time management skills and ensure all deliverables are met within a stipulated project deadline
