• Strong background in technical System engineering / networking background

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Group consolidation financial reporting to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting
• Preparation of Group quarterly results and Board reporting pack
• Perform variance analysis / commentary for monthly and year-to-date results comparing to budget and prior year results
• Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting exercise
• Proactively anticipate consolidation issues and formulate solutions on a timely basis
• Managing overseas investees’ financial reporting
• Liaise with Auditors to ensure timely completion of the annual audit
• Liaise with Tax agents for timely tax compliance filing and queries from IRAS
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
• At least 3 years of group consolidation experience
• Strong Consolidation experience
• Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards and tax rules
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Sigma Consolidation or similar accounting system
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Prior audit experience an added advantage
