We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Specialist who would be responsible for the daily operations needed to successfully deploy client email programs. This person will be required to work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for creating and executing marketing campaigns. This includes building emails using content builder, journey builder, automation studio, as well as coding emails using HTML, and provide basic campaign reporting. They will also be responsible for deployment process documentation and post deployment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Flawless delivery of daily campaigns, troubleshoot issues that arise and implement solutions to mitigate future problem.
• Build, proof, and revise emails, SMS and/or WhatsApp journeys and templates in SFMC
• Create and update data extensions for send and personalization requests.
• Build cloud pages and/or form pages
• Work with the client and internal teams to develop a client-specific set of workflows, documents, reporting, schedules, and service level agreements to support the client's ongoing campaign needs.
• Communicate with internal team members effectively to execute email campaigns.
• Complete quality assurance checks on every email campaign.

About This Role:-
