Financial Management

· Maintain, monitor and report budgets for all vessels under charge. Work closely with Technical staff, purchasing and finance controllers to ensure budget is within the agreed variables/targets *(current target 3% variance)

· Support reporting manager to plan “Operating Budget” for all vessels under charge.

· Responsible for planning and execution of all dry-docking activities within the allotted budget limits

Your expertise will span Resource Management, Building Management, and Carbon Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring seamless issue resolution.
• Develop and implement comprehensive operations and maintenance strategies to optimize system performance, capacity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and R&D, to identify and address customer concerns, and drive process improvements.
• Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to ITIL regulations and ITSM best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing changes to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT operations, technical support, or technical account management.
• Proven track record in managing high-profile customers and delivering exceptional service in a client-facing environment.
• Expertise in managing cloud services, Kubernetes, serverless environments, Docker, and Ubuntu operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with database management systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, and Kafka.
• Understanding of streaming technology, including Kafka, and ITIL regulations.
• Azure or AWS professional certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
