Job Description
· Brand management
· Develop marketing strategies (short-term to long-term) for new and existing products
· Organize promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing arrangement
· Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results
· Lead and provide guidance to junior Marketing members and interns
· Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
· Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles– internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc.
· Manage the advertising and promotions budget with the group marketing manager
· Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide alternatives and/or make adjustments where necessary to achieve / maintain a high return of investment (ROI).
· Monitor competitors’ activities closely, and in doing so provide effective countermeasures to maintain profitability.
Requirements
· Possesses at least a Degree in Marketing or related marketing disciplines.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Retail/FMCG or related industries.
· Good numerical and analytical skills
· Results-oriented and strong work ethic
· Effectively bilingual, fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong passion in Media/Online Marketing solutions
