The Role:

In this position, you will provide first-level on-site support for end-user operations within the organization. You’ll be responsible for understanding and managing complex technical issues in a fast-paced business environment. Your key tasks will include maintaining, managing, administering, and operating VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon VDI environments and applications. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience in Mechanical, Chemical, Gas and etc.
• Reviewing and management of all design documentation for Mechanical system, Chemical & Gas system and Control system.
• Plan and implement Project Management Control
• Able to understand construction shop drawing
• Familiar design calculation with Mechanical (HVAC, Process System and Others)
• Assist Project Manager to plan, and project execution
• Assist Project Manager to determine project budget, project schedule, and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff
• Manages and monitors site progress in project
• Collates analysis drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction project
• Identifies risks, review and advise in the risk-impact assessments and manages compliance to risk-impact management
• Direct, lead and support other project team in managing and executing multiple tasks and project
• Manages no inn-conformances, corrective and preventive actions process and ensures follow-up within stipulated timelines
• Experience on conducting, inspect and witness of welding & welder qualifications test mechanical test, materials receiving, and NDT testing.
• Able to verify of material requisition and taking-off quantities, site measurement.
• Able to prepare progress payment claim, variation orders and others.
• Develop project reports on a timely basis
• Maintain, manage and document all project reports and statements
• Other related duties, as assigned

Job Responsibilities

Sales:

· Maintain and enhance good rapport and business relationship with existing Customers.

· Follow up and develop business opportunities for new leads.

· Understanding markets situation, trends, customer’s changing requirements to co-develop sales strategies with the BD Manager.

· Coordinate project with PM and relevant key person

· Attend to supplier collaborations and strategies with the latest application/technology development

Marketing:

· Liaison with supplier on new product introduction

As an Implementation Engineer at Oracle Opower, you will work with a team to implement SaaS-based energy efficiency and customer engagement programs on behalf of our utility partners. You will collaborate with a diverse group, including a Project Manager, a Senior Implementation Engineer, as well as members of the Product Engineering, Product Management, and QA teams. Setting up new programs for our utility clients is the lifeblood of Opower, and we rely on Implementation Engineer's input and expertise for our overall success.

Our Implementation Engineers rely on a diversified technical skill-set, including: data manipulation via complex SQL queries, experience on the Linux command line, shell scripting, and software development using high-level programming languages such as Java or Ruby. We do not expect you to immediately be masters of the full spectrum of technologies used, but through on the job training and coaching, you will gain the necessary skills required to launch energy efficiency programs for new utility clients.

Responsibilities

● Communicate with the IT resources of the utility company client to explain technical requirements including web integration, single sign-on configuration, and transfer of utility data

● Analyze, transform, and load utility data from the utility clients to meet Oracle Opower’s data standards

● Integrate utility data with additional data from various 3rd party sources to generate a holistic customer profile

● Build and maintain a deep understanding of our products with the ability to explain them to others; think about how client customization and delivery can be sped up and improved

● Configure and customize Oracle Opower’s energy efficiency SaaS platform to meet the specific needs of each client

● Build long-term relationships with utility clients by launching programs from pilot phase to through large scale rollouts

● Collaborate with cross functional teams to operationalize new Oracle Opower products and features

About You

● Minimum 7 years of hands-on technical experience

● You enjoy sniffing out complex, technical issues and solving them

● You are able to write SQL for large data sets and have recent experience with relational databases, MySQL preferred

● You have experience in Linux and are not afraid of the command line

● You demonstrate some programming knowledge (most of our code is in Ruby and Java, but Perl, Python, shell scripting have their places too)

● Oracle Opower skillset is mandatory as this is a senior position and you are required to interact with utility industry partners and clients

• To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work;
• To understand tunneling works such as Mined Tunnels and Cross Passages;
• Full Time Site In-Charge that is based on site permanently;
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards;
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries;
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers;
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule;
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings;
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers;
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship;
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly;
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Production Report.

· Handling various projects under the Service Division and technical support for projects under maintenance.

· Design Building Management System based on Technical Specifications

· Program equipment (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) under BMS based on the sequence of operation.

· Design and implement the graphical user interface, reports, and dashboards based on project requirements.

· Support Testing and commissioning of BMS projects

· Provide Root cause analysis for system faults/issues.

Key Requirements

• Engineering graduate, with knowledge is MS Office.
• Knowledge in MS SQL, VBA, online collaboration platforms and other programming languages is a plus.
