The Employee Relations Manager provides Employee Relations and Performance Management expertise, case management and consultation, within a centralized, Employee Relations (ER) function, for South East Asia (Asean) and Greater China Region (GCR). • Interpret and apply corporate policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, or clarification for ER inquiries.
• Facilitate and apply interventions to resolve low-risk employee disagreements, conflicts, or misunderstandings when needed.
• Compile investigation findings into concise investigation reports and clearly communicate conclusions and recommendations to relevant stakeholders to drive for decisions.
• Deliver warnings and disciplinary actions when required.
• Maintain required documentation including intake and investigative notes, supporting documents, and final reports.
• Collaborate and partner with HRBPs, internal Employment Legal, HR partners, and Employee Success Shared Services organizations to review and implement workforce change or reduction strategy plans.
• Provide expertise and case management of ER issues, including Performance Management, from initial intake to resolution, received from managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and other employees, for assigned business(es).
• Deliver expertise, consultation, guidance and coaching to managers and HRBPs to address employee behavior and performance concerns; provide guidance and assist with the development and delivery of appropriate feedback or corrective/disciplinary actions which align with company approach, practices, and processes.
• Track, report, and analyze case trends utilizing Salesforce’s technology-based case management system.
• Apply project management skills to lead ER projects, especially in the creation and/or optimization of ER processes in the region.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of further ER and HR related policies and templates.
• Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Company policies.
• Create and deliver presentations to management on ER topics, trends and learnings.
• ER support for other locations for adequate APAC coverage.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough ER investigations based on data; ability to document and report cases in a detailed manner and to arrive at logical and fact based conclusions.
• Experience in HR (can include broad HR Generalist knowledge) with Employee Relations experience or equivalent role that included specific ER work.
• Prior HR experience supporting ASEAN locations, in particular Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines &/or China.
• Understanding of key principles of performance management and demonstrated ability in guiding and coaching managers through a range of ER issues.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, multiple priorities, and a constantly changing environment.
• Ability to operate/advise in the "gray" areas. Adept understanding of client motivations and business pain points; effective at leveraging inputs to influence solid business decisions.

In the role of Desktop Support Engineer, the employee responsibilities will include:

· Provide global end-user and desktop support in a fast-paced environment (includes all offices, remote and executive leadership support)

· Office 365 applications and Windows 10 operating system support

· Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 Exchange Online management

· Citrix Cloud/Microsoft Azure VDA/VDI platform management and support

· HP Workstation, HP Thin Client, Lenovo laptop management and support

· Cisco VoIP phones, Cisco Unified CM and Cisco Unity Connection Administration

· Mobile device (iOS, Android) support managed through MDM platform (MobileIron)

· Supporting video conferencing systems (Zoom, Neat, Poly)

· Supporting Market Data Applications (Bloomberg Anywhere/Terminal, etc.)

· Basic Network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, Network slowdowns, remote VPN/VDI connectivity problems, etc.)

· Consistently logging and monitoring service tickets to ensure fast, thorough resolution and documentation of every issue through JIRA Service Desk

· Office moves and build outs

· Device inventory and asset management

· Employee onboarding/offboarding

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

In order to effectively represent the Company and communicate with clients, the employee must be someone who has:

· Minimum 5 years desktop support experience at hedge fund or investment advisor

· Exceptional customer service with strong written and oral communication skills

· Strong drive and passion for technology and self-development

· Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and quick to learn both user and system environments

· Ability to work independently and multi-task

· Keen attention to detail, with commitment to follow through and follow-up

· Extensive understanding of desktop support standards and best practices including related hardware and software

· Experience supporting mobile devices

· Experience supporting remote users and troubleshooting remote VPN/VDI connections

· Knowledge of PowerShell, scripting, automation, and packaging (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager) is a plus

· Travel may be required across all office locations for coverage and/or initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
• At least 4 years of HR management with a strong focus on performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR reporting in a Beauty/Wellness industry.
• Proficient with Singapore HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
