Role Overview

As a Social Media and Community Engagement Specialist, your role is pivotal in establishing a strong connection with our followers, customers and broader community. You will help to shape the brand's online identity and use tools, channels and data to improve the engagement and following.

Role Responsibilites

• Close collaboration with the Founders to execute the SoMe and Community Engagement plan
• Prepare, schedule, post and monitor social media content
• Photography and short-format videography
• Develop various types of digital content, including newsletters, copywriting, and email EDMs.
• Research and identify trends and insights for creating higher quality and accurate content.
• Tracking the performance of content and campaigns, making recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
• Maintaining a consistent and positive online presence across all given platforms by engaging with the community such as replying to DMs, comments, and other communications.

Job Description:

• Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
