Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law, legal studies or equivalent
• Experience in handling contracts and documentation for trading, sales and purchase of commodities and transactions of international commodities (eg. oil, gas, LNG, etc) for at least 2-3 years in the LNG or oil and gas markets is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of Singapore law is A MUST
• Experience handling contract reviews, drafting, and negotiation, especially for contracts described in Scope 1, is preferred
• Working experience in a Japanese company is highly advantageous
• Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in Japanese and/or any Asian language to liaise with Japanese-speaking counterparts and stakeholders is advantageous but not essential
