Our client is an established logistics company looking to hire a dynamic and hands-on HR manager, to manage a staff strength of about 200 people.
Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for day-to-day HR operations duties and managing a team of 2 people for payroll and recruitment.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to off-boarding
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
organization
• Maintain compensation and benefits program.
• Nurture a positive working environment
Personal Attributes / Behavioural Competencies
• Able to work independently.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• A track record with sourcing, recruiting from blue collar to senior management level employee.
• Preferably with working experience in similar industry.
