- Reporting to Head of Corporate Sales
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be involving in marketing efforts spanning payment gateways like Grab, Atome, Rely, marketing initiatives on marketplaces, and promotions related to bank credit cards or payments. Our primary goal is to generate leads that will fuel the marketing and go-to-market strategy for our payment options, including Absolute Zero, Flexiplan, etc.
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and roadmap for credit and services products.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform the product strategy.
- Define target customer segments and create compelling value propositions for credit and services products.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, merchandising, solutions, and finance, to develop and enhance credit and services products.
- Define product requirements, features, and user experiences.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and drive ongoing improvements.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to iterate on product offerings.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes impacting credit and services products.
Financial Analysis:
- Manage the financial performance of credit and services products, focusing on pricing, profitability, and revenue targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
Performance Reporting:
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of credit products.
- Use data and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Strong knowledge of credit and services products.
- Proficient in MS Office & Excel.
- "O" Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in a related field.
