• Ensure compliance and proficiency of cloud services and virtual environments.

About the Role

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications and will be working closely with the team's designer to conceptualize, create and shape the company's internal and external communication strategies.

Key Areas of Focus

Internal Communications: Assisting in managing the company’s intranet, working closely with the HR team to develop content (text/visual/media) for employee engagement.

External Communications: Assisting in managing the company's corporate homepage, content creation for social media accounts, and assisting in the creation of press releases and relevant communication assets associated with the press releases.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to obtain updates/new information on all aspects of the company's development for possible content creation for internal/external communication needs.

Sourcing corporate gifts to complement the company’s ongoing business objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement through meaningful brand connections.

Good to have

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or a related field
• Good command of the English language with clear key point communication strategies when executing internal and external communication plans
• Excellent communication skills - proofreading, and editing of written content

OVERVIEW:

The Corporate Planning function at HMI Medical plays a pivotal role in driving integration and synergies across key entities within the Group. This role offers undergraduates a significant learning opportunity to contribute to the integration of one of HMI Medical's entities. As a Corporate Planning Intern, you will report to the Corporate Planning Senior Manager and assist the Corporate Planning team in project management and execution of key integration workstreams. You will support in the management of internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams and assist in preparing presentation materials when reporting to senior management on key integration initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development of integration plans to achieve synergy targets and value realization for the respective entity.
• Assist in the project management and execution of integration plans/key integration projects for one of HMI Medical’s entities.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking the progress of integration workstreams and related tasks/action items.
• Assist in coordination with cross-functional teams and manage internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth integration planning and project execution.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for internal/external discussion and reporting to senior management.
• Conduct relevant research and analysis to support the creation of management and Board materials related to integration activities.
