The Product Manager role at Michael Trio serves as a crucial bridge between the business, engineering, and design teams. The role plays a pivotal role in executing strategies, developing roadmaps, and implementing features while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the Recommendation product from end to end, overseeing frontend UX to backend strategy, and guiding the product from conception to release.
• Design experiments to iterate and enhance both new and existing features.
• Utilize data to gain insights into customer behavior and feature performance. Be data-driven in estimating impact size and determining prioritization.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to transform ideas into reality.

Requirements:

For this role as the Director – Investment (Co-Investments), you will report to the Head of the Investments. You will be working closely within the Investment team, and also with the investment team at the HQ to execute co-investments. These will initially be in agri-food tech sector, with scope to expand to other sectors in the next 2-3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, analysis, and execution of co-investments, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region.
• Manage negotiation process – including term sheet negotiations, deal structuring, investment agreements.
• Drive active engagement with portfolio companies with a goal to create value for the portfolio.
• Build proprietary network with industry partners, start up founders, investors, potential LPs.
• Create an investment process and decision-making framework to scale the firm’s co-investments business. Contribute to product development, investor relation and fund-raising efforts.
