RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day-to-day branch sales and operations.
Motivate and manage a team of customer service, consultants and therapists to achieve their goals.
Ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction.
Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products to customers’ needs.
Work closely with the Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotional activities.
Build and establish relationships with customers.
Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Candidates must possess at least "O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle customers’ feedback and also, to build and establish relationships with English and Mandarin speaking customers.)
Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service
At least 6 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
Candidate who has beauty/spa certificate will be an advantage.
Able to lead and mentor a team
Good communications and strong interpersonal skills.
Result driven and service oriented.
Strong aptitude in promotional techniques – without hard selling
Willing to work retail hours.
