Job Description

This position is responsible to provide operations development management of the network of SingPost’s lockers and kiosks (eSAM, POPStation, Parcel Santa, and upcoming PopDrop). This role will focus on the development and deployment of new locker and kiosks and be involved in projects of new technology locker and kiosks, starting from tender specification to tender award and full deployment. • Conduct study of system and delivery operations works to provide support pre-implementation and post implementation with the ultimate goal to be minimal dependent on vendor
