About the Role

As a Graphic Designer in our Creative team, you will be at the forefront of delivering a wide range of creative projects for both the company and our clients in the healthcare sector, including brand development, the design and layout of infographics, as well as the creation of event materials. Depending on your skillset, you may also be involved in digital projects such as the design of interactive materials for exhibitions, video editing, animations, and the creation of eLearning modules.You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity. This involves early-stage collaboration with other designers, project managers, and clients to define the project scope and objectives. You will then produce high-quality design materials, providing technical insight and offering guidance as needed.At Costello Medical, our Creative team is passionate about data visualisation and enhancing the communication of scientific content. • Developing Engaging Content: Creating a variety of visually appealing materials, including infographics, posters, event materials, and other design pieces for both internal teams and external clients

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data
• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor
