Job Responsibilities :-

• Managing front desk, including answering phone calls, Whatsapp messages, emails
• Handling patients’ inquiries and providing general information about the clinic’s services.
• Schedule patients appointments and maintaining appointment calendars
• Informing patients about completed health screening medical reports,reminding/ recalling patients for appointments/ reviews
• Adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.

• Back end support duties, assist in clerical and data entry.
• Prepare submission for corporate claims and insurance claims.
• Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic

Qualification & Experience:-

• Min GCE “N”/”O” level and above
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Competent in using computer, Microsoft word, Excel and emails.
• Front line customer experience
• Good communication skill
• Able to work 5.5 days include Saturday half day.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Perform phlebotomy procedures using proper, sterile, and safe techniques both on-site in clinic and off-site as part of mobile health screening team or off-site service provision team.
• Perform health care assistant duties and procedures such as appointment management, registration, billing and collection of payment for services, documentation, collation of laboratory reports, and arrangement of follow-up appointments for patients.
• Perform basic assessment for patient.
• Rendering assistance during nebulizer use, performing first-aid and triage of patients
• Explain and introduce health screening packages and blood tests to patients and offering appropriate advice to each individual.
• Assist doctors during consultation including chaperoning and during conduct of procedures.
• Accurate data entry into computerized systems
• Prepare submissions for corporate and government claims.
• Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes
• Assist in inventory keeping, prompt for low stock medications and supplies.
• Perform data entry and closure of daily settlement.
• Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management.

• Must possess certification as a phlebotomist

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform reception duties, registration, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.
• Taking patients' sample, vital sign such as measure of blood pressure and temperatures
• Assist the doctor, nursing staff or other healthcare personnel in the treatment & examination of the patient
• Performs phlebotomy or blood taking services under minimum supervision
• Maintain a safe & clean environment for the patients at all times
• Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan and implement patient care plans
• Administer medication as prescribed
• Answer the patient’s enquiries
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

QUALIIFCATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• At least NITEC in Nursing with minimum 3 year of work experience
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Possess Basic Care Life Support (BCLS) & Phlebotomy certification
• Good communication skills and able to build rapport easily
• Confident and poise in delivery of care
