1) Coordinate adhoc / consolidation booking with customer and booking of space with airline.

14) To solve any problem that may arise for export cargo with destination agents.

Tasks

• Support Technical Sales team to ensure quotation is complete
• Work closely with technical sales team to generate and maintain C4C (quotation generation tool) quotation template and draft quotation
• Assist to add necessary information in C4C quotation when order is processed
• Manage C4C quotation opportunities and support bidding / tender documents
• Assist Technical Sales team to track discount approvals and update status three times a week
• Generate C4C quote for accessories and repair and as well as 3rd party quotations.
• Be the point of contact (POC) to manage C4C issues and feedback from technical sales or other relevant departments.
• Be the POC to sub-division 1E for all C4C related issues and ensure that our quote is tabulated based on the correct understanding to ensure profitability
• Adhoc administrative support to other team members, which may include PAM submissions, customer visits and events coordination etc
• Support maintenance of Technical Sales records and information
• Help to take minutes for the EMC steering group meeting where required

Qualifications

Function Overview:

Responsibilities:
Financial Crime Compliance Officer will be based in Nomura’s Singapore office and reports to the Head of IWM Financial Crime Compliance, AEJ.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyse challenging or high risk account opening situations and to make appropriate recommendations to Senior Management whether to on board a client or maintain an existing relationship and
• other suitable recommendations as to appropriate controls to be put in place.
• Provision of FCC related advisory to Front Office and relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• University-level Degree preferably in a relevant discipline (Finance, Accounting, Business, Legal)
• At least 8-10 years’ experience related AML / KYC client on boarding experience for high net worth clients and complex financial structures (such as trusts, personal investment vehicles, foundations etc.)
• Good understanding of relevant AML/CFT/laws and regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidentially; able to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate
• Communicates well and across all levels, including senior management

About the role
The objective of RTA Sales & Marketing (S&M) is to be the preferred supplier of aluminium to customers in our selected market areas. Job Duties:

• Dealing with enquiries from students and the general public via telephone, voicemail, fax, email and in person in a timely and professional manner

about the role

· Assist the Office of General Counsel with the document hold/preservation orders and collection processes. Work with applicable lawyers and staff on the identification and collection of potentially responsive email and electronic documents. Utilize search and collection tools to facilitate identification and collection of responsive documents

· Process electronic records received in conjunction with the on boarding of new lawyers or the transfer of matters to the Firm

· Administer process for the collection, review and release of electronic records necessary to comply with file releases associated with client requests. Expected to offer suggestions for process improvement, as appropriate

· Experience with programming languages including XML and SQL

Job Description
