Job Description

· Managing daily operations within the accounts payable sphere, including handling payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. A significant part of this role includes the responsibility of verifying and processing staff expense claims.

· Process, verify, and pay invoices and code them to appropriate accounts.

· Review and validate staff expense claims, ensuring adherence to company policies.

· Prepare and perform cheques, GIRO, and TT payments.

· Reconcile accounts payable and inter-company transactions.

· Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.

· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.

· Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries.

· Assist with month-end closing processes.

· Provide supporting documentation for audits.

· Maintain accurate historical records and ensure confidentiality of financial data.

· Others

· Support team members to auditor’s queries on AP matters.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

· Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline AP processes and enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

· Diploma (Accounting) with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

· Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Account Executive or in a similar role.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.

· Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office like Word & Excel is a must.

· Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Netsuite preferred.

· Knowledge of Singapore GST is a must.

· Must be able to handle high-volume work.

• Assist in the implementation of the Integrated Management System for QEHS.
• Assist the PM in identifying and assessing any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes therein.
• Recommend to the PM reasonably practicable measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace or may be affected by the occupier's undertaking in the workplace.
• Recommend reasonably practicable measures to minimize the risk and Such safe work procedures to control the risk.

• Review the EHS Management System and recommendations for improvement of EHS and ensuring continual compliance with the project and work progresses.
• Ensure that all statutory regulations, code of practice, and company's EHS rules & regulations are implemented and complied with at the project site.
• Advise management on all matters about EHS.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits on the EHS provisions on site.
• Assist the PM in investigating all incidents and recording all findings to prevent the reoccurrence of similar incidents.
• Establish and maintain a positive EHS environment on the project site.
• Conduct monthly safety committee meetings.
• Involved in various safety events & initiatives.
• Performing ad-hoc job duties as assigned by management.

Summary:

• Basic Salary up $2500
• Location: Somerset / Orchard
• 4 to 5 working days (8hours & 12hours rotating shifts)
• AWS + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Handle security-related incidents and services.
• Prevent all illegal or inappropriate activities.
• Guard and patrol premises or commercial buildings and maintain a high visibility presence.
