· Chartering out the vessels operated by company

Key Responsibilities

• Possess thorough knowledge of shipping processes including import and export documentation such as Bill of Lading (B/L), health certificates, certificates of origin, Free Trade Agreements (FTA), and vessel bookings.
• Capable of independently managing and executing all shipping duties.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to ensure products are ready for shipment.
• Organize container bookings and oversee the loading process.
• Prepare and distribute all required shipping documents to customers efficiently.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Independently perform radiological examinations and produce images of diagnostic quality for radiological reports with due regard to patient safety, clinical responsibility, radiation protection and effective use of technology
• Ensure the correct patient and area of interest is being imaged accordingly
• Ensure examination performed is of diagnostic value with correct patient identification before discharging the patient
• Provide care for patients undergoing examinations according to the conditions andnature of their illness and clinical diagnosis
• Select and execute proper radiographic techniques for individual patients accordingly to their clinical needs within establish professional and departmental guidelines
• Responsible to ensure readiness, proper functioning and maintenance of the radiological equipment and accessories within designated work area and also the cleanliness and tidiness of the procedure / examination room daily
• Perform in accordance to standards described in SOP and work instructions and comply with the relevant rules and regulations.
• Support other staff in providing comprehensive patient service
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by management

QUALIIFCATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:-

• Min Diploma/Degree in Diagnostic Imaging, Diagnostic Radiography or relevant
• Ability to carry out X-ray (including DEXA Scans) and Mammography is a must
• Candidate with ability to perform Ultrasound and CT/MRI scans will be at an advantage
• Must be registered with National Environmental Agency (NEA) as a radiation worker
• Must be registered with Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
• Work Schedules: Mondays to Fridays: 0830hrs to 1730hrs or 0900hrs to 1800hrs (based on roster), Saturdays: 0830 hrs to 1230 hrs
• More than 2 years of experience is preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of standards and procedures for incoming inspection of materials and components, for in-process assessment of work in progress (WIP), and for final/outgoing inspection & lot release of finished products.
• Perform receiving (incoming) inspection for raw materials and in-process/ outgoing inspection/ lot release of finished products.
• Assist product quality engineer in the investigation and analysis of quality issues.
• Assist product quality engineer in the maintenance of the calibration/ preventive maintenance systems.
• Assist product quality engineer in the qualification/ validation processes and the development of protocols in conjunction with appropriate functions.
• Review and approval of quality records including inspection reports, lot history records.
• Perform testing, and evaluation, which includes sampling procedures, forms, and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Participate in the non-conforming materials review (NCMR) process to ensure that non-conforming products are properly handled.
• Maintain and comply with the requirements of ISO13485, GMP and CFR Part 820 (FDA) regulations.

Education/Experience and Qualifications:

• GCE “O” level or higher, Diploma preferred, with 1~2 years of progressive Quality responsibility preferably in Medical Device Manufacturing.
• Excellent Communication Skills. English written & oral communication skills are a must.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Knowledgeable in reading and/ or writing manufacturing procedures and GMP requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and/ or the Medical Device Directives.
