• Planning of Buying Budgets, size scales and options prior to buying with the Marketing Executive / Managing Director per season according to the projected sales targets, sell through and unit level by product category and supplier.
• Liaise and coordinate with dedicated, overseas team and coordinator design and related matters.
• Set retail prices per product to achieve budgeted margin.
• Ensure the Purchase Order is accurate and timely for each season.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in preparation and execution of floorset activity

• Supports execution of merchandising and sell down strategies leveraging current visual merchandising tools

• Provides feedback regarding merchandising opportunities to improve execution

• Conducts daily review and inspection of sales floor to ensure all brand standards are in place

• Implements window installations and interior displays

• Optimizes and maintains the use of visual assets such as fixtures, props and marketing; ensures all marketing and creative layer is current

• Properly stores and maintains visual assets to avoid damage and communicates to leadership if damages are identified

• Assists in training of new sales associates, serving as a shadow partner

Job Outline:

1. Responsible for driving sales growth and achieving the targets of the assigned territory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Service existing accounts and expand the product portfolio penetration in each account.
