Product & Pre-Sales Manager, IT

Scope of responsibility

• New product evaluation, Product Line Management & introduction to Eminet’s portfolio
• Provide presales technical design/solutions to customers on Wireless, Network, IOT, Security, Cloud
• Develop detail technical design and impressive technical proposals for Wireless, Network, IOT, Security, Cloud
• Develop technical design and architecture to achieve resilient and cost-effective ICT solutions to win proposals or bids/tenders and achieve high customer satisfaction for the services rendered
• Create detail BOM, Network diagrams/architecture and multiple system interface and integration
• Perform site surveys, POC for customers whenever required
• Work with Principals and Partners to develop and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Present technical design/technology and lead customer engagements
• Responsible for developing and testing new capabilities for Wireless, Networking, IOT, Security, Cloud, and incorporate them into new products for sales
• Business development function partnering with new vendors, adopting technologies
• Product Line Management for Eminet as a Managed Service Provider (MSP)

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Pre-Sales Technical Consultant/Solution Consultant in Wireless, Network, IOT, Security, Cloud
• Have done and won multiple network, security, or cloud projects valued at S$300K and above as a pre-sales lead/solution architect
• Knowledge of wireless, routers, switches architecture
• Good technical knowledge of Huawei, Cisco, or Aruba, AWS, Azure products
• CCNA/HCIA/ACSA or AWS/Azure or cybersecurity certifications
• Good customer interaction, written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with all levels, and ability to work and contribute in a team or individually

ICT Infrastructure & Operations Manager

An ICT Infrastructure and Operations Manager is required to perform the following functions:

· Implement projects within their emplaced practice to ensure service delivery and support to meet the intended availability, continuity and capacity requirements;

· Ensure compliance to Government’s IM8 policies and client’s ICT policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);

· Manage Infrastructure projects;

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of ICT infrastructure components which comprise servers, hosting, network infrastructure, end-user computing and data centre operations;

· Overall responsible for hardware, software and subscription maintenance contracts for infrastructure and data centre operations;

· Manage the procurement and leasing of end-user computing requirements;

· Plan and work with the appointed Agency Facilities Management contractors and awarded ICT contractors to implement and deploy infrastructure projects and end-user computing devices to end-users;

· Manage incidents and problems for system related issues;

· Ensure availability of ICT infrastructure systems and data centre facilities equipment;

· Monitor infrastructure performance;

· Perform systems log review;

· Follow-up and ensure audit findings are addressed;

· Follow-up and ensure the compliance to the remediation timeline for security vulnerability scanning;

· Coordinate the disaster recovery plan and execution of the annual disaster recovery testing of client’s ICT systems.

Professional Qualifications

Basic Requirement

· Tertiary education in relevant fields;

· CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification; or

· Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification or equivalent IT Service Management certification;

Additional Requirement

· Certification in CompTIA Network will be an added advantage;

· Certification in AWS Cloud Practitioner will be an added advantage;

· Certification in CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CCAK (Certificate of Cloud Auditing Knowledge) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage;

· Certification in Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) will be an added advantage;

· Certification in Agile or Scrum Master or equivalent will be an added advantage; and

· Any other relevant professional certifications.

Skill Set and Experience

Basic Requirement

· At least 3 years of hands-on experience in full application project development life cycles, agile project management or running IT infrastructure operations ;

· ICT project management and people management skills;

Additional Requirement

· Knowledge of SharePoint, MS SQL database, UiPath RPA tools and python programming will be an added advantage;

· Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and ICT governance processes will be an added advantage;

· Knowledge of the Government IM8 policies will be an added advantage;

· Experience in managing application systems hosted in AWS cloud hosting will be an added advantage;
