As a Audio Visual Project Manager you will be responsible:

Responsibilities:

· Generate functional line drawing for audio, video, control, and communication systems

· Extensive knowledge of signal flow for audio, video, control, and networking.

· Work closely with installation team for installation.

Professional Skills & Personal Capabilities:

· Experience with technical sales and installation procedures for colleges, universities, corporate, enterprises, and government customers.

• Ensure the centres meet funders' KPI and audit requirements, including accurate and on-time external and internal reporting
• Ensure the overall smooth operations of AACs within the allocated budget

We are expanding out tech team and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our company infrastructure and applications running primarily on AWS.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy web apps onto different Linux environment such as Red Hat and Ubuntu

2. Containerized application on Docker and Kubernetes

3. Develop code documentation to ensure code readability, reproducibility, and usability.

4. Performing technical incident response activities when required.

5. Managing and deployed cloud infrastructure by utilizing Jenkins and Terraform

6. Provide solutions and ensure compliance with best practices such as hardening servers with secure configuration and logging and monitoring.

7. Scripting knowledge with Bash, Python or Go is a plus.

8. Experience with public cloud offerings AWS components such as EC2, CloudFormation, RDS, ECS, VPC, Route 53

9. Experience in microservice architecture is a plus.

10. Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’sApp degree (or equivalent) information technology, computer science or relevant field
• Proven knowledge of computer security and basic networking concepts, including Windows, Mac or Linux processes.
• Understanding and experience of cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary range : S$ 3300- S$ 3800, must have car. car allowance ($1000/month)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Manager to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, deployment/installation and repairs. The Service Manager's responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members. The Service Manager maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services.

To be successful as a Service Manager, you should display a strong sales-minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skills. You should also have the ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, end users and third-party vendors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
• Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
• Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
• Setting up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.
• Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.
• Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
