Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for direct work for Reinforced Concrete Works for Drainage and Tunnel top & bottom slab construction (Rebar & RC Formwork).

• Overseeing and monitoring on-site the daily construction and site coordination of construction activities for rebar & formwork.

• Check shopdrawings for the preparation of structure works.

• Responsible for rebar BBS Schedule.

• Arrange works to workers.

• Control and minimize material wastages.

• In-charge of Inspection with RE / RTO.

• Ensure safe working conditions for workers.

• At least 25 years working experience in the field of Reinforced Concrete Works.

• Good in assessing rebar quantities based on construction drawings and must have good working experience in Reinforced Concrete Works.

Others (if any) : Experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million.

- Able to use your creativity to create and manage your own team.

- Experienced and able to hit target for the team/ To achieve the given sales objective.

- Come up with new strategies to maximise revenue.

- Planning of campaigns etc.

- Must have computer literacy like using word, excel etc.

- Submit daily sales report and project status report on time.

- Be able to work independently and enjoy working with a team.

- To ensure customer sales queries are handled promptly.

- Provide training and mentorship for any new sales team member.

- Lead, manage, monitor, motivate & mentor staff in addition to hiring and training new staff when needed.

- Overall with own expertise, supervise the sales activity to generate income through while managing own team and handling all the relevant responsibilities.

Construction Manager

The successful candidate must:

· Responsible for supervision of all site work in cooperation with Project Managers;

· Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations, including site progress, quality, safety, and project cost monitoring;

· Assist to review and develop project schedule with Project Planner for the project detailed construction plan and ensure it complies with customer specifications, engineering deliverables and meet delivery dates;

· Identify any deviations from the agreed scope or premises of the project, assess the impact and ensure remedial action during the construction planning and execution;

· Prepare weekly progress reports inputs and other deliverables of project as required by Project Managers;

· Ensure project quality plan is carried out and in line with audit requirements;

· Assist Project Manager to organise weekly toolbox meeting and housekeeping, respective site operational meetings on related project matters

Requirement:

· At least a Bachelors Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or related discipline;

· Minimum 5 years relevant local experience in MEP services, E&M systems and Civil and Structural works, preferably in construction industry;

· Able to lead teams and manage effectively;

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
