Role and Responsibilities.

The Crewing Manager will:

• Lead, direct and support the Asia Pacific Crewing Team to ensure our crew travel safely, on schedule, and in accordance with the respective local government requirements in the Asian countries we operate; ensuring up to date compliance with visa, work permit, medical and flag state requirements.

• Manage, mentor and support the APAC Crewing team, including team capability development, resource planning and work allocation; ensure the team is adequately resourced and productivity is maximised to effectively meet project, client and operational needs.
• Be responsible for Subsea and Marine crew competence and capability development and ensure safe manning and compliance with STCW, the Marine Labour Convention 2006 (MLC), Charter Party, Flag state, codes and standards as applicable.
• Interface with Project Managers/Vessel Masters/Superintendents and communicate project and client crew competence requirements; training matrix; schedules and logistics needs to the Crewing Team.
• Communicate regularly with the Vessel Masters to discuss and manage all crew matters including, crew training and competence requirements, crew performance and development and to ensure and maximise crew well-being and mental health.
• Be responsible for resolving swiftly, respectfully and fairly any crew disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Oversee the recruitment of both Casual Subsea Project Crew and Marine Crew; be involved in the recruitment and selection of Senior Permanent Marine Crew.
• Ensure effective implementation and compliance of DOF’s crewing systems, processes and procedures.
• Oversee the Crewing System, ensuring that it is developed, maintained, accurate and up to date, to meet regional needs.
• Responsible for the cost control and cost optimization of the Crewing Department’s budget.
• Maintain professional and industry networks and mutually beneficial relationships with Unions across the APAC Region.

• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Leadership skills and substantial experience in international crewing in the Offshore Energy Sector.
• Conversant with both Maritime and Offshore Energy Industry codes and legislative requirements.
• Tertiary Qualifications are desirable, but not essential.

A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The incumbent is responsible for developing and driving new businesses as well as account extension businesses of existing clients within the Assigned Segments, from lead generation through to close.

Main responsibility is to aggressively drive new and account extension businesses for the Singapore market through the development of sales strategies and tactical execution of action plans in order to meet the monthly, quarterly, and yearly allocated sales targets.

c. Sales Administration & Support

· To provide support to Client Services team to ensure client related documentation, invoicing and entries within relevant systems are being managed accordingly.

· To support Finance team to ensure working capital targets for the assigned clients are being well managed according to the assigned Finance targets.

· To ensure the accurate and timely updating of sales related details, information and sales calls/visits made within the existing systems (e.g. SalesForce.com).

· To adhere to the required sales processes, procedures, and protocols.

(ii) Collaborate with relevant teams

· To work with Commercial Services team to develop competitive pricing that will enable the winning of the opportunities that has been targeted.

· To work with other relevant teams whilst pursing opportunities with existing clients and/or prospects (e.g. Medical and Security team, Operations team, Assistance Centre team etc.).

A) Overall Purpose Of The Job

The position of Contracts Manager (International Hub) will provide advice, support and direction to the ANZ, H3S Middle East, Northern Europe and Singapore sales organisations in two key areas:

1) Commercial Contract Management, and

2) Strategic Pricing Support.

You will be required to champion best practice ensuring procedures are of a high standard, as well as developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external contacts. Dedication to performance against KPI’s is critical for success in this role.

B) Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing advice and support in relation to commercial contracts (for example professional services agreements, data processing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements).

Whilst primary focus will be on contract management, the candidate will be expected to support pricing on a day to day basis. Candidate should expect this pricing support to make up 15% of day to day role.

The key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

End to end Contract Management

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure mitigation of risk whilst maximizing opportunities, in compliance with internal escalation guidelines;

• Negotiate with clients on a range of commercial contracts, including services agreements, NDA’s and Data Processing Agreements;

• Take ownership of complex non-standard agreements or client agreements;

• Contractual support for tender responses, working closely with the Bid Management Team to deliver competitive and compliant bids;

• Management of regional templates, localise and translate standard contract templates where applicable, and maintain these templates;

• Triage and prioritise requests for contracts, including supporting other team members on contractual matters;

• Providing advice and support on a broad range of contractual matters including data privacy;

• Actively participate in identifying best practices and supporting process improvement initiatives

• Ensure the use of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool (DocuSign CLM), including acting as local escalation point for CLM sales support;

• Provide training to the sales community and ongoing contract guidance relating to terms and conditions;

• Act within the regional regulatory environment, understand and comply with local legislation and group policy;

• Understand product business rules and ensure deviations are managed in accordance with the escalation guidelines.

Pricing

• Provide support and advice in the acquisition of new business and renewals by reviewing product mix opportunities, pricing and gross margin assumptions, utilization rates and client specific requirements and then, in partnership with various functions, deliver standard or develop non-standard offers to meet client’s needs, whilst conforming to group guidelines;

• Support the sales community in acquiring approved pricing as per product matrix, including the capture of deviation;

• Support complex pricing models for tender responses.
