Position: Accounts Administrator
Working Hours: 5 days and Alternate half Day on Sat
Leave: 14 Days
This position will be reporting to Accounts Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
• Verification of vendors’ invoices accurately and payment
• Receival of goods and services and verification
• Submission of GST related to vendors’ invoices.
• Process Purchase Requisition from various Project Manager into Purchase Order.
• Assist in scanning, printing, and filing of Finance, HR and Government related documents
• Submission of CPF and Work Passes applications.
• Application of work-related insurance
• Accounts Payable and Payroll
• Administration of annual and medical leave
• Assist in any other duties and projects as may be assigned
Qualifications
• Professional degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to reconcile accounts
• Previous experience in the Application of work passes, insurance, accounts payable or general accounting
