Responsibilities:

• Supervise/Take charge of the strategic planning, coordination, and assessment of the company’s logistics operational activities
• Proficient in managing both incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare and dispatch essential shipment documentation to the relevant stakeholders
• Manage the timely procurement and receipt of the company’s goods and components
• Inspect and verify invoices from the various suppliers and stakeholders
• Solicit quotations for various shipping and freight services
• Provide assistance to various operations, such as handling of import/export orders, updating parts information etc.
• Compile and submit monthly reports covering parts inventory, shipping activities, and insurance updates
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in shipping operations
