• Proactively manage and review the performance effectiveness of service providers, with a mindset to continuously seeking improvements.
• Manage and improve employee experience alongside employee lifecycle, especially during key stages (onboarding, mobility, separation, etc.).
• Continuously review and initiate improvements to internal HR processes, practices, systems and communications towards enhancing operational and service excellence.
• Ensure all HR operations policies and processes are documented and updated accordingly.
• Be the product owner for some of the HR systems (PeopleDoc - Documentation management, Audit & Compliance - data integrity, ServiceNow, etc) to drive digitalization.

Employment Regulation/Compliance

• Foster compliance with employment regulations by driving relevant compliance initiatives, closely monitoring legislative changes.
• Act as an advisor to HR community on employment compliance and regulatory matters.
• Manage government employment reporting and requirements.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data, conduct regular checks.
• Ensure all process execution and system adhere to our regional/local data privacy policy.
• Coordinate internal and external HR audits.

Team Management

• Manage 1 direct report who is based in Vietnam

An outstanding professional will have:

• Preferred Education: Minimum of Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations with a combination of operations and project experience. Expertise in a case management system (ServiceNow or the equivalent) and HCM environment (SuccessFactors or Workday).

Human Resource

• Support in local recruitment and selection for efficient restaurant human resources. This should

include but not be limited to: Staff recruitment and selection, training, performance management &

disciplinary/dismissal issues as required.

• Maintain cohesiveness of the team to maximise positive teamwork efforts

Operational responsibilities

• SOP development for service & review (opening, closing etc.)

• Timely management updates – Monthly performance, sales & trend analysis, and

recommendations

• Resource management & maximisation - staff costs reduction and maintain

within targets

• Set up audit controls – inventory and restaurant security

Service Operations

• Improve average Yield per Customer

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and motivated Intern to join our People Advisory & Operations team! This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR matters in a regional setup while contributing to key projects and initiatives. You will work closely with professionals in the field, learning practical skills, and gaining exposure to real-world challenges and solutions. 

What you will do:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, such as updating employee records, managing HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including first day induction and offboarding formalities
• Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events to enhance company culture, e.g. company offsite, team events, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and townhalls, and proactively collect feedback to enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
• Handle simple administrative tasks, such as employee benefits (insurance), letters, immigration matters 
• Address employee’s basic queries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive employee experience
• Assist in drafting HR communications, internal memos, and announcements.
• Participate in the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in office management/ workplace services to ensure seamless functionality and address related issues on the office space, facilities, and office supplies and inventory
