Job Description:

The Shift Operations Engineer will support and oversee production operations, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality regulations during 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Compliance:Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
   Support lockout/tagout (LOTO), energy control, line-breaking, confined space entry, and work-at-height activities.
   Maintain the shop floor in a state of safety and quality regulatory compliance, ensuring it is always inspection-ready.
   
2. Operational Support:Execute production activities, including pre- and post-maintenance interventions (MI).

   Support risk assessments, develop job safety assessments, and participate in HAZOP reviews.
   
5. Continuous Improvement:Contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
   Perform the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle for process enhancement.
   
6. Documentation & Training:Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as part of change control processes.
   Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
   
7. Emergency Response:Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) when required.

• Carry out 24 x 7 daily monitoring of the 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems’ faults and alarms.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

EXPERIENCE:
