GENERAL SUMMARY

The Manager, Administration and Operations is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Single Room Shared Facilities (SRSF) project, ensuring safety and security of the house with a user-centric perspective. Oversee day to day safety and security functions

1. Supervise staff, workmen and any other personnel deployed directly or indirectly through HCSA for the execution of Services at Site

3. Plan, implement, supervise and review security access control systems; address potential and actual security issues through recommendation, implementation and review of action plans

1. Welcome new residents and assist with the check-in/out process

2. Address residents'/clients’ inquiries, concerns and feedback promptly, referring and/or escalating through the appropriate channels where necessary

3. Assist to organize and coordinate resident activities and events to promote a sense of community
