• Facilitating smooth cargo operations at the station through coordination with the Ground Handling Agents and staff within the station.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulations outlined by local authorities and compliance with IATA regulations for safe, secure and effective movement of inbound and outbound cargo.
• Managing and leading operations staff on duty, contributing to the highest levels of service standards and reduce operations costs.
• Maintaining freighter on time performance to avoid delays caused by ground operations at the station, investigate and report any delays to regional operations and the Head Office.
• Ensure local station operational support functions are working smoothly, including trucking, ULD handling, use of consumables etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Qualification with at least 4 years of job related experience preferably within operational airline function or air freight industry
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred as well as the ability to delegate, set clear directions, motivate staff and foster team work
• Good knowledge of warehouse and ramp handling, Dangerous Goods Regulations, Live Animal Regulations, IATA and perishable cargo handling
• Load control and previous experience with loading of freighter aircraft
• Fluency in written and spoken English

We are seeking for a Senior / Operations Engineer to support our client in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing plant for the duration of 1 year. The incumbent will be responsible for smooth operations of key support systems such as Deionized water, scrubbers, vent header, and floor drains.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures related to the key support systems (Deionized water system, IBC washer, etc)
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot the key support systems

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Projects a professional image at all times.
• Delivers quality portering services to patients and staff in the hospital.
• Provides portering services which include but not limited to patients, medical records, specimen, equipment, medication and blood products to and from the wards/ specialist clinics/ departments/ external centres in a safe and professional manner.

You will also develop procurement and resourcing plans to support assigned operations and support the operational readiness, activation and transition (ORAT) plan of the hospital.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of experience in management of hospital operations
• Good knowledge in both front-end and back-end support services
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
