Duties and Responsibilities

Overview

The role of the Data Center Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. We are seeking a Program Manager with the ability to self-direct and who has a strong background in Data Center Construction with an emphasis on passive telecom infrastructure/construction management.

The DC ITIM is responsible for the program management of all integration and technical infrastructure fit-out activities associated with MSFT owned system and/or services and critical infrastructure that is required to be installed into new data center builds or lease facilities to deliver capacity to the business across Southeast Asia. About the role

• You'll be an experienced real-time embedded system engineer with excellent knowledge in software build/test/release process for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). • At least 5 years professional experience in a relevant industry.
• Experience in bare-metal microcontroller software development.
• Strong background in real-time embedded C.
• Software configuration management (source control, continuous integration).
• People leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience of planning, managing obstacles, and developing within an Agile framework.
• Strong communication and able to form a bridge between multiple teams.
• Be able to clearly report progress in meetings together with producing a high standard of documentation.

Desirable skills

• Experience of Python programming.
• Experience with software verification strategies including unit testing.
• Knowledge of control systems.
• Knowledge of hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle, provide advices to customer, prepare servicing schedule, prepare quotation and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services.
• Prepare accident repair estimates.
• Assist customer queries.

Requirements

• Nitec in Automotive and equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry.
• Possess basic troubleshooting skills to understand vehicle problem and provide advises.
• Comfortable in customer facing environment.
