In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business expansion plans through hiring and leading a team of managers to deliver a high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.

Job Description

· Lead and manage a team of managers overseeing cafe/retail operations and bakery production

· Set up, monitor and/or review operational systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency

· Ensure all outlets maintain the product quality and service standards

· Responsible for recruitment of staffing and manpower

· Conduct training and orientation along with HR support to set up new team members for success

· Oversee regular maintenance, managing facelifts and/or major renovations
