Role

The Business Operations Analyst for the APJ team is a critically important role, enabling Customer Outcomes to work most effectively with its internal and external stakeholders and fulfill their commitments to ServiceNow and its customers. This role will work closely with APAC Business Operations Manager and APAC Customer Outcomes leadership and understand business concepts of Services business and help to build data models using Power BI.

The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support Sales team(s), which could be selling multiple events/products across regions. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Administration & Team Support
