Job Description
• Prepare and process mid-month and end-month for all Full time & Part time, and ensure timely payroll processing with accuracy.
• Prepare and submit statutory documents and all employer-related claims including CPF contribution, NS Makeup, Government-Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave, Childcare Leave, annual income tax submission, tax clearance IR21 etc.). Assist with queries from auditors for payroll related audit exercises
• Verify and ensure accuracy of data entry of new employee records and maintain information in all HRIS systems
• Process and transmit IR8E form to IRAS
• Ensure changes in CPF/IRAS rules are updated accurately and timely in the system
• Prepares monthly journal, accrual, headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports
• Compute staff annual bonus, annual increment and holiday fund
• Ensure all policies and procedures are observed and followed
• Assist in the annual payroll budget and business planning
• Attends to employees' queries on salary matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and projects whenever required

• Proficient in local tax legislations and concepts.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications - MS Word/Excel/Power point.
