Payroll Executive (Human Resource Development)

Contract period : 6 + 6 months contract

City Hall

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job scope:

• Handle function of payroll operations/administration including (but not limited to) the preparation of data for processing in payroll system and the checking of payment reports;

• Manage day-to-day payroll and claims matters, billings and related issues;

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on payroll and billings related matters;

• Support team in other areas such as Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management; and

Requirements:
