Job description:
- Works at the Functional or Program level to oversee Administration, Support Plans and Supply Change Management processes and point of contact for Customer enquiries and solution providers.
- Defines integrated logistics support requirements, prepares estimates and schedules.
- Manages Suppliers, Service Providers performance
- Coordinates development of solutions to complex Logistics support problems with product support, functions, customers, and suppliers.
- Ensure Contractual Service levels are met or exceeded as the Program Customers
- Contribute to the creation of office documentation, including daily management tip sheets, business scenarios, and desktop procedures
- Recognize specific customer demands and communicate any changes to the Planning, Asset, and Repair Team.
- Addresses recovery shortage situations and follows up with the supplier as required.
- Identifies components necessitating Return to Supplier or Scrapping actions, ensures proper documentation, returns them to the supplier, and updates the systems accordingly.
- Addresses issues with 3rd Party Logistics Providers and monitors shipments for both Forward and Reverse Logistics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
