Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to production department.
• Perform daily routine administrative task including filling, data entry, respond to enquiries and etc.
• Collect and analyze data for manufacturing production reports.
• Prepare monthly manpower attendance and overtime report.
• Keep track of materials and restock supplies as needed.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• With administrative experience in production floor preferred
• Able to work independently and multi-tasking
• Computer literate and good with Microsoft Office
