Job description:

• Analyse monthly manpower reports, monitor grants utilisation for manpower and prepare for presentations as and when needed
• Perform short- and long-term financial projections for the Institute
• Update of manpower allocation in SAP on a timely basis
• Prepare and submit Fund Requisitions and Final Statement of Accounts
• Ensure proper allocation of bonuses to projects
• Attend to queries from grantors and auditors on manpower charging
• Checking of budget and headcount availability of manpower requisition for staff to be hired
• Perform billing and charging of services provided
• Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accountancy with at least 2 years of experience in resource or grant management
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

ROLE

1. The primary responsibility for the role is to initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads, promote the company’s entire suite of services and “products / supply chain solutions“ and identify sales opportunities. The task is to convert these leads or opportunities into bankable sales revenue with acceptable levels of margins (to be defined by company).
2. The role holder is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. The incumbent must have a deep understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solutions expertise, in conjunction with in-house subject matter experts. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
