As a Business Agility Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and leading organizations through their Business agility transformations. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

• Passionate about Business agility
• Has a deep understanding of software development processes using agile frameworks like Scrum and, Kanban, lean and scaling frameworks
• Has experience in implementing OKRs and Metrics.
• Has experience in leading agile transformations in large organizations
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with experience mentoring and training agile Coaches and Scrum Masters

• Has experience in working with Public Sector in Singapore
